I have been seeing Louise for over a year. She is - without exception - kindhearted, supportive and warm, while simultaneously making every session challenging, focused and constructive. Louise knows her stuff (she is a Pilates master) and focuses her considerable prowess on solving the issues unique to your body. As a result, the changes in my body shape, strength and movement over the last year have been profound. My sessions are so rewarding and grounding that I can’t really imagine giving them up. Following an accident my osteopath recommended that I do Pilates. It's been two years since I started Pilates with two classes per week and I have now regained mobility that even medical professionals and experts thought would be definitely lost. I have constantly improved without getting injured. Furthermore, I did not have to take the lifelong anti-inflammatory medications that were initially prescribed. A very big thank you to you, Louise for your outstanding knowledge of anatomy and your dedication to your classes - always different but adapted to my physical condition at the time have made miracles.
